We are so glad you are here.  We love helping you.  Please email us at shawn@personalizedgifts2.com if you have any questions or need any help.

We work M-F and will get back to you quickly.  We say 24 hours, but most of the time we are so much faster.  We figured you'd like that.

Just remember we don't answer on the weekends.  We've got to shop, clean and create memories those days.

Oh and let's talk refunds for a bit.  

There are no refunds on personalized items.  If we messed up, we will gladly replace it for free (because we messed up).  If you didn't put the correct info in and would like one remade please let us know.  We'd love to help you, but you can see where this is headed...you'll have to pay.  Please double check your info because we want you to be super happy when you open the package the first time. 

We work hard to send you cool products, so go out and happily share our shop.  We do want happy customers.
